Party Menu from Tim’s Birthday Party

This post may contain affiliate links. Read my disclosure policy.

My sister’s little boy turned two. I thought it might be nice to share what was on the menu for the day. It’s funny most of the recipes there are already on my blog. See, when I said the recipes are family favorites; I wasn’t making it up. πŸ˜‰

Strawberry Party Punch

A random Caesar salad with croutons, tomatoes and salad dressing:

Spinach Strawberry Salad

Cucumber Cauliflower Pasta Salad

Salmon Canapes with cream cheese. The salmon is from Coscto πŸ™‚

Easy Barbecued Chicken

Chicken Rice (Plov)

\

Potatoes in Alfredo Sauce

P.S. this cake is one of my favorites: Tres Leches Cake

PPS. the dessert on the left below is my very favorite (I have to add a little sassy scandal every once in awhile).

Nelya, this recipe is more for outdoor BBQ, but If you would like to make it in the oven, preheat it to 375˚F and bake the chicken for 25 min. I hope this helps πŸ˜€ Reply
