Mmmm…. nothing like a gooey, chunky mud pie on a warm fall day. My “apprentice” spent the afternoon making mud pies and digging dirt in Grandma’s garden.

A little boy shoveling soil into a plastic bucket

1/2 scoop of chocolate

A little boy that is holding a blue plastic bucket

1 pail full of whole grain dirt.

A little boy playing in dirt with a pink plastic shovel

A sprinkle of cinnamon and brown sugar

A little boy filling a red plastic bucket with dirt

A gentle pat, and….. TADA!
